This is a primer with a weak spot in the cup, without a doubt, not a loose primer pocket. I had a lot # of Alcan primers that did this with about every 10th primer, even with moderate loads. Made little craters in my boltface, so I discarded the rest of them. The cases you show have no indications of high pressures, so I am willing to say you just got a bum primer. Keep an eye on that lot # to see if it happens again. If so, I would contact the primer manufacturer and let them know. Regards, Eagleye.
