Primer update

Received another package of primers and powder today from a different place. UPS, and again, no Hazmat fee. Hey, I got lucky twice in one week...:)

LeBarons.. You mean the place that sells Nosler custom competition 155gr .308 bullets for $28.72...(just went up to $30)
Not $35.99 like some one else here..........

I said I had "some" of the best prices in all of North America. No one forces you to buy anything here... unfortunatly unlike Lebarons I dont but things once I year I do weekly and monthly orders on things... if Lebarons wants to sell things at cost I wont stop them... maybe lebarons has negotiated a better deal with suppliers then I can... I am not doing this to get rich quick there I am doing it to help out everyone here in the shooting community...I am pretty sure last year I made a profit what you probally do in a month... total

500 people where pretty happy with my deals and pricing and service last year... and un like lebarons on some things if you talk to me nicely or are a repeat customer I might give a deal now and then...

Why dont you price some 50 vmax at Lebarons I bet they dont have it for 18.00 a box.

I like Le barons, I like WSS, I look around on the internet and find what is the best price and most convenient. It all depends what I'm buying. I've been very happy to buy from Andrew.

Thanks... like everone else I look for the best deals too... regardless if I am buying for business or personal use... when I set my pricing I check out Wholesale Sports... American companies... and local stores as well I can't check everyones price but I try to make my pricing competitive... in this day and age you have too.

Like I said earlier I am new to the game... 1 year anniversary is coming up I am evaluating if I should pack it in and put my efforts to something more profitable or keep going...

I've bought nothing from Andrew YET. Not because I don't like his advertised prices, but because I'm waiting for him to get his shipments of products he has offered/ I have asked for. I can already tell what kind of service to expect; I've sent PM's requesting info on his products, he has always responded quickly, courteously and factually. I KNOW I can expect the same when we do some actual business. He will not pass me off to someone else in his "store". He will not put me on hold. He will make me a happy customer. I might be wrong, but I doubt it.

Plus he sponsors this site. He's here every day checking out what else he can offer us.

Not slagging any of the other sponsors at all, this is the kind of business I want to deal with, even if it might cost a nickel more.

Joe... I know your waiting for those 55 SPSX they are on order I wish hornady would get there act together and start shipping some stuff... midway usa is almost out of stock of every type of .224 until they start getting stuff back instock us little guys wont even have a chance... I am personally sitting on 6 months of back orders if it all comes in at the same time which it normally does I dont know how I am going to pay for it all...

Thanks Joe I think my feedback speaks for its self...I am also on other sites but the gunnutz community has been great... I am thinking about getting a real online store and website setup too... I am debating on getting a professional one done because... honestly when you walk in to a place and sit down with them and say you want to build a online store that sells bullets and ammo mfg equipment they might freak out...
I like to keep a low profile when it comes to telling people what I do... its sad that I have to but we live in liberal world... Like at the bank when I go in to deposit money orders... they like to get chatty and ask what they are for I say I have an online sportings goods business... and the girl asked me could I get her skates... I just chuckled and said no...

I think we have hi-jacked this post enough back to the primer shortage.

No sweat Andrew, if they won't ship you can't deliver. Not your fault.

Yes back to the shortage.

There is a lesson here for many. Keep yourself well stocked in components at all times. There is an entire forum here dedicated to disaster preparation, wonder how many of those presses will soon be sitting idle? THAT would be a disaster that was easily avoidable.

Keep yourself well stocked in components at all times.

I agree with that. Prices keep going up....supply is going down. (Primers, Brass, Powder and Bullets)
Buy some now or you might not see any for months......or longer.
I have over 2000 pcs of brass, but only enough Primers to load them 3 times.
I need another 6-10 thousand:mad:

Even powder. I got 30 pounds (bare minimum)....but need more:D

Maybe if someone finds a store with stock they can post it.....
..and maybe not hoard it all....... (I've done it..not hoarded when finding stuff)

If you were not here in the 90's, or if you did'nt learn from the 90's.
Too bad.
Been there done that.
Just bought another 2000 primers today.
1000 BR2 CCI's
and
1000 Fed 205's

Not because I actually need them today, but thinking about tomorrow.

Geesh, that sounds like RSP advice, not reloading advice.

Hmmm
Gotta wonder if this save for tomorrow thing is gonna ever catch on?

If you are even half serious, what, and where do you shoot?
