Priming tool advice

THIS!^^^^
RCBS Universal X 2..... one set up for small primers and 1 set up for large primers! Works for me!
Having said that, I have an RCBS bench primer and a LEE. Neither are used!

Same here, I also have two : )

I started out with the regular rcbs model but like the universal better as it does not need the shell holder and the squeeze stroke is a bit shorter.

If I was buying a bench mounted press, I would really be looking hard at the Forster. I've used the one on my press a few times and like it. But I use a Lee hand most of the time.

All of my pistol loading is done on progressive presses however, I load all of my rifle on a single stage. I use an RCBS universal hand primer and love it. I usually sit on the couch and watch a movie while completing this task.

I have the Forster and the RCBS bench mount, it's a case of either/or for me, RCBS tubes are easier to load, Forster has a learning curve to loading the tubes, need their tray, works great though. I have an aversion to handling individual primers, appears to be groundless for the most part, but, it's there. I won't touch a square tray Lee again, played with them, no thanks. Round ones were fine, but good pieces to fix them with, are hard to find for them now, and my hands don't have the strength they used to, so, I am graduating to bench mount now for the most part.
