Thank you for this, I have several cases but more rifles than cases. Now I can have an insert per rifle and use the existing cases.

I purchased one and plucked the foam to allow for transport of my handgun and 4 mags...
To fix the pick and pluck deterioration problem spray it with plasti dip. It worked great for me. It seals the foam and makes the pluck lines disappear and become one piece for lack of a better description. It also makes the foam more rigid and tougher.
It’s important to do lots of thin layers while spraying and to have your plasti dip pre heated in hot water and spray it in a very well ventilated warm area.
I also realize that plasti dip is $20+ per can but I saw it as a neat experiment that worked well for me.
Canadian Tire also sells large pick and pluck foam inserts for $9.99 if you screw up your original foam or would like to make multiple inserts to accommodate whatever.
Also worth Noting that Princess auto will honor a past price if you missed a sale.
