Not printable but... The Parksville Qualicum Fish and Game guys had a frame about the size of an 8.5x14 sheet of paper - set up so that you could slide a piece of paper into the frame - then the frame had a series of hooks/nails in the outside so you could stretch rubber bands from top to bottom. Hold a paintball in the elastic band - cheap reactive targets.

I remember these targets shooting in Nanaimo with the PPCLI snipers. From the pits the scores were being called back.
I was getting 1's and 2's and they were getting 4's and 5's. What is wrong with this picture?
I was getting head shots and they were getting gut shots. It takes four medics to get a gut shot solider out of the field . . . none for a head shot!
