I've goggled this a number of times and got nowhere. I don't know if there's any info out there on it or not.
Model T03-17 ,it's a 22 LR 5 shot bolt action with a Weaver B6 scope. I bought it brand new in 1970 for $49.95. If anyone can link me up to any info or history about it, I'd really appreciate it.
 
They are relatively cheap, but well made Russian rifles manufacutured in Tula by TOZ (Tulsky Oruzheiny Zavod). Wikipedia has some info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TOZ-17

I own a Toz-16, which is the single shot variant, and it is plenty accurate for it's intended purpose: short range gopher slaying. It also holds it's own for paper punching.
 
Thanks Blastattack, that got me going in the right direction. Goggled, Tula Arms Plant and Tulsky Ouzheiny Zavod and there's all kinds of info. It's been a beauty little gun, still in mint shape with just some light wear marks on the bolt action and magazine. I couldn't imagine how much lead has gone down the barrel.
