What I see is a cannon aimed in the direction of what appears to be an oxygen tank.

Not a good thing to hit.

Either that or the smaller building is a large outhouse. Also not good to hit.

It is not an oxygen tank, it is a propane tank, probably around 100 lb one although I would presume empty.
