this is my first ar, so i went to the range and after firing 100 rounds, i didnt pay attention and only then noticed that one of the pins for the trigger completely came out from one side and the reason i noticed was because trigger was loose and not working properly. does that happen on other ar rifles in general or is it just mine ? whats the best way to fix this ?

thanks !

push it back in would be the first thing I would do :p

Just keep an eye on it from now, if it is really loose I would simply hammer one end of the pin, so it is ever slightly out of round than put it back in skinny end first.

Do not hammer the pin, you may damage it things. As said, the pins hold in place not by friction but by being locked in place by the trigger mech springs.

Probably that your pin was not positionned properly during assembly. Just look into you trigger mech with a flashlight and make sure everything is into place. Your problem should be fixed.

Exactly.
You should be able to see the tail of the spring engaging the groove on the trigger pin.
