problem with bushnell 2-7 3200

Im having a problem with my bushnell 3200.

Mounted it on my enfield shoos great all is solid but when I zoom past 4-5x magnification everything gets distorted and un focused. The focus ring does not change anything and looking at targets from 50-200 did not change anything.

any suggestions?

Send it to Bushnell for repair or replacement under warranty. An Elite 3200 comes with a lifetime warranty, doesn't it? It hasn't just gone out of adjustment in some way that the user can put right, it is broken and will have to be taken apart to be fixed if it is worth fixing.

I had much the same thing happen to a scope by another manufacturer. It was good to start with but suddenly couldn't focus to a clear picture at anything more than 1x magnification.

If you return it to Bushnell in Richmond Hill ON, they will likely send you a new scope.
