Problem with enfield no1Mk11 from Tradex

+1 >>> Anthony is a great guy to deal with, I'm pretty sure he won't let you down.
Here is a question.....If you buy something and it is ####ed up, should you pay to have it shipped back or should "Anthony " pay for it since he is the one who shipped the garbage to begin with? Just wondering....

Sorry there Tradex fan boys but the gun I was sold as new looked like the slide had a grinder taken to it and I had to pay my own money to ship it back and get a new one sent to me. That makes this guy a classless bum. It is really pathetic service. For this guy to send his revolver back and get an equally ####ed up one in return at his own expense is absolutely pathetic. These guys don't deserve our business.

Thank you for your support Barry F. I'm sure if any one got the guns that we got they would be just as pissed as we are. Just because everything was good for your purchase doesn't make it impossible for this to happen. 2 of mine are not functional IMHO and yes I troubleshot them both. There are probably others with the same poor product that either don't know better, or are afraid to get flamed for saying anything bad about a sponsor.
I waited until tradex tried to make it right before making a post, but that failed so I feel others should know...
Something is fishy since there seems to be a lot of dud guns in the combo deals...

If I was the retailer I'd pay return shipping and hand select the replacement to ensure my customer got what they paid for. Given the necessity of returning two firearms I'd throw in some good will freebies or a store credit/gift certificate. If the Enfields they're selling have major defects, they should've culled them, or provided better descriptions so that buyers know what to expect. Make the price reflect condition. In the Internet age, no retailer can afford to be perceived as being anything less than above board and 100% customer satisfaction oriented because every dissatisfied customer has a very large soapbox from which to trash you to heaven's delight.

By this answer, I assume you already tried everything and the only thing left is bashing the store... If its the case that sucks !
I had terrible expériences with other stores as well. In my case I was happy how Tradeex handled my problem.

I don't think we are trying to bash the store. Neither of us wanted the hassle of dealing with this. I am still staying optimistic that they will make it right... Still waiting to hear back. They obviously got lots of fans for a reason, I'm just waiting to be transformed...
