Problem with HC3R mag for 10/22

Hi ,

today i bought one of those mag and try it this afternoon , but i have a little problem , when i load the mag with 20-25 round the first five round they never go in the good position so they stove pipe or not feed , bu if i load them with 15 round they feed very well and work at 100%


anybody have that problem ? when it work it a very good mag ,

what are you thinking about that ?

Probably needs to be broken in some. Try loading with 20 first and then gradually up the round count till the spring loosens up.

...and don't forget to pull down the follower and rotate it, then load 'er up.

(Don't ask me how I know!).

On new hicap mags its always good to load them to max capacity and let them sit for a couple days to set the spring. Do the feed lips contact the bolt?

i didnt look at the feed lips but all see to be good , will look at that when i will have time , when it was working that was perfect

re tested it yesterday and it work fine finally i was not doing the flip so that why i had some difficulty
