I recently acquired a Hornady Pro-Jector 7 and I'm having a problem with primer feed. When it comes to pressing the primer in the shell it doesn't always line up or it doesn't pick up a primer. Another prblem I'm having is sometimes the primer falls out of the cup. Does anyone have this press? Can anyone give me some insight? It did not come with a manual. I will eventually switch to another press but for now I'm trying to make this one work.

I have had experience with your problem since I have one of the same. I found the best way to re:align the primer feed is to loosen the main block allen screws to a point that it will move by hand but not to loose. Set a BRIGHT light at the base shining into the primer cup. Set the small primer tube into place in the safety pipe as per normal and let the operation handle down to the bottom of the stroke. Look into the tube to the bottom and centre the cup with the spring in place. If you take out the spring it does not seem to work as well. Check the centre set up from both left and right and forward and back position. Snug up the allen screws carefully. Remember the cup must go slightly to the right of centre but on centre to pick up the primer. Test with small first then check with large. The primer activation arm on the press body should be kept close to the main frame tray.
Hope this helps. Works for me!
Carry on!
