The IRUNGUNS Team

Thank you, email sent. I received a generic email this morning from my inquiry on your website saying that i could log in to check the status of my order, there were no questions answered which was part of the inquiry, no other information given. So far the lack of communication and delays has been terrible, other than this reply on CGN, which i thank you for.

I am a little lost, you make accusations that you are not happy with our service and you placed an order on March 24th. We have asked you to PM us your order details and we will look into it. We have yet to receive a reply or any correspondence from you yet you continue to post...

Please enlighten us ?

This was NOT directed to you folks , it was the Member identified in the quote . I have received an email from you folks identifying the issues and its appreciated , thank you

Why is there such a concerted effort to bash IRG on this forum? Is there an ulterior motive at play here?

Maybe because ppl dont like to be scammed, whqt do you think ?

IRG mqde an add stating 1000's of magasine now in canadian inventory... You can look at the past topics started, you'll find it.

When you say so, it means the magasine are alreary on Canadian soil.

Why charge an extra import fee when IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE ON CANADIAN SOIL, so import fee already cleared, no ??

The link bring you to the CANADIAN SITE !!

So there should'nt be any import fee, and you should not wait 2 ####ing months to get your stuff.

I have lost 110$ to them, if i can save some ppl $$ i will.....

We're are at a bit of a loss as to the direction of your statement.

1000's of magazines was advertised and it was exactly that, 12032 to be exact on the last export, this export is roughly the same.

We did not say or advertise thousands of 1 off magazines, please understand if you are looking for a specific magazine to an uncommon firearm you will have to order off the US site. The Canadian office is not set up nor does it have the ability to offer what our US counter part can.

There is no import fee unless you filled out an import form to have something imported, this is a different section of the website and has nothing to do with purchasing from either site. It is for 3rd party purchases and clearly says so.

If you ordered off the Canadian site the products are clearly in Canada. The site only updates when the US company transfers store inventory, which means the shipment has cleared customs and is 5 hours away, so yes it is on Canadian soil as you stated..

If you have a USO prefix you clearly ordered from www.irunguns.com which is in the US, if your order starts with SO, that order is from the Canadian site and the Canadian site DOES NOT have a prevision to charge extra shipping as it ingratiates directly with Canada Posts API.

As for the delays regarding your order there shouldn't be any unless you ordered off wwwirunguns.com which is out of the US, if that was the case please remember there was a virus that completely shut the country down, to further complicate things the Government who regulates the export of defense articles had everyone working from home and we all know how well that works. Look at the Canadian Firearms Program and the recent OIC.

As this seems to be an area of concern please share your order number and I will personally look into it.

A little bit harsh isn't it?

I contacted them this morning. They identified the problem and moved the order ahead.
These are hard times. They are struggling and trying to get things re-righted.
This isn't some Asian scam that set up a Canadian looking domain overnight.
IRG has been serving the shooting public for years now.

You might want to wait for actual fraud prior to painting that picture.

Edit to add:
Thanks to Carolyn for prompt response.
I know some folks are looking for someone to kick to feel better about their own problems but I appreciate everything you do.

Received an updated email quickly from Carolyn today, thank you for the response and the update. I look forward to receiving the shipment, even though the gun all the mags and parts were for is now prohib, LOL. Ah well.

Quite common business practice you'll see a lot when you buy stuff on the web from another county. I get hit with additional shipping, GST and other charges all the time in ordering all kinds of stuff online. Every site I've ever bought from, including the many various businesses selling on places like eBay or Amazon do this. From what I've seen so far all mention their additional charges you'll encounter before receiving your items. Try buying exotic skin cowboy boots from another country. You'll see additional fees. Fees are everywhere, get used to it.

Probably true. But when you clearly see an add stating that they have certain stuff on Canadian soil, then when you order want to make you pay for importation, then say that stuff is still in Usa, that is not fair practices.

I would have never bought if i tought 1 second the stuff was not already on Canadian soil.
