Anyone that purchased a restricted on sale day, you were provided with a reference number by email and can also be found in your account on our site. If you receive a copy of the transfer before we do please let me know! The sooner I know the sooner we can get it to you.

Short story, it was the second time they ask me to send the paper to the order@... mail and it's look they never receive, i send it to Nick@... like he ask in the tread and he received it, the case is fix now. The kids his happy!!!
