Problems buying from dealers

Does anyone have problems buying from any dealers off this site?
What if you email 2-3 times and finally get a response about bullets and powder, and the response you get is I haven't had time to look it up!
Is it time to try someone else?

Buy your bullets and powder from Hummasons in Ancaster or Higginsons, they have the best prices anyway....

I've had the same thing happen on more than one occasion. Not just with reloading components, but expensive parts, accessories, and firearms. I give dealers a reasonable amount of time to get back to me, especially if I know that they're a small/one-man operation.

However, there are limits and after a week or so I source my parts, guns, etc...from another. I may attempt to deal with them again at a later date, but if you get a rude reply or brush off, that would be it for me. Lost customer forever.

I have seen this too. Even on high ticket item(3700 range) left name and number to call me if it was available. That was last summer and no response. Guess they don't need my cash.
Oh well, I found some other dealers who were more than happy to take it.
And they said at the end "Thank you for your business"

No contact phone # is like a EE ad with no picture.
I don't even bother
