And they do not answer questions through their Contact Business - website, so there's no way to speak to or with anyone ...

I've dealt with them in the past, maybe not the fastest comms but my overall experience with them was very positive. They seem to get in some oddball stuff and their prices are often excellent. I get the impression that they are a small operation, a couple of guys at most, so when they get busy maybe there's a bit of a backlog, but I will definitely buy from them again when they have something I need.

I purchased a new Zastava in 9.3x62 from GNG. It was shipped quickly, great price and no problems with the purchase. I was hesitant about the EMT only payment but hey, if that saves me money, I'm OK with it. I did have an issue later with the firearm and fired of an email. They did reply but it took quite a while. I suspect that others are correct, small staff numbers, but I would bet you will eventually hear from them.

GNG gets a lot of his products from Intersurplus. One or two fellows with daytime jobs.
seems like sometimes, one hand does not
know what the other is doing.

They're legit, but only do email. Check your spam folder as well. All emails from them seemed to go to my spam folder

GNG are legit, bought an Sks from them one year ago, arrived a week after completing my order. Everything was well packaged and as described.

We have been seeing a big surge in orders these last days (I don't know why now) and this means tremendous email traffic. Each order generates several emails, meaning a wall of emails several pages long. In a time like this we have to assign work priorities to get things shipped out. We do try not to miss any emails, but it is easy to get sidelined answering questions that have already been answered in an automated email or that will answer themselves by end of day when the tracking number is sent.
Our priority is to get your paid for items out the door, and the act of doing so answers 90% of email traffic.

I've purchased 4 rifles from then over the last year or so, they are definitely on the slower side compared to most businesses but understandably if it's a side business. My questions have always been answered tho and in the one case there was an issue with what I received, when I contacted them they sorted it all out no drama, I would deffinately buy again
