Problems with 9mm Ruag 'sintox'

Anybody here try out this ammo?

Anybody have any problems?

Got to try out my first box today....4 rounds would not fire in my pistol, even with multiple tries.
Those same rounds also would not extract from my pistol.:confused:

Those rounds were thrown into a CZ75 and worked.....

My pistol only has 600 down the pipe. And is clean. Never had a mis-fire before.
Is this ammo picky? Finicky?

I fired a full box of 115gr AE with no probs.
Could the primers in this type of round be 'harder'? or 'set-in' the pocket differently?

I am not super concerned yet...even though I bought 2 cases. I bought it to shoot in my Sig 226 thats coming. If it dosen't work properly in that, then I will pissed :)

Worked no problems through a Glock 17, it purred away and continued to cycle without any issues.

Taurus 24/7. And yes it is a good pistol...:)

I had issues with it in my Baby Eagle. From SA - it would strike the primer, but not hard enough to go bang. However, from DA, they all went bang.

I never had a problem with extracting spent casings.

I should also note that this problem IS a function of the ammo and not the gun. I have shoot anything and everything else out of it and it all more or less works. I think that Ruag uses some type of "hard" primer, for lack of a better technical term.

All in all, for the price, I don't think that this stuff is of the quality that I was expecting.
 
Picked up the Sig 226.

Ran a few boxes of Ruag through it. No problems. Hmmmmm.
That Taurus pin must be hitting just tiny bit light for the Ruag's liking I guess.

I luv the Sig.....And the Sig with Ruag even better. :)

This is 50 rounds of Ruag at one Target.

I just picked up a case. Put 150 rounds through my USP without any problems at all. Super consistent in terms of recoil and I was able to punch a 3", 40 round hole out of my target @ 7m.

I'm really happy with it so far.
 
Picked up 2 cases. Have about 300 rounds through M&P 9mm. No issues. Love the ammo, and really like the fact I dont feel compelled to pick up the brass:rolleyes:
