Problems with BC's new ' on line 'LEH

I went into my local government office to get verified and the chick with no teats and an attitude registered me in all mike hunts. 5 days ago....

no cards for the fall draw, you could use them on the spring leh though.

we all had no issues, had some done at a local store but the majority at home online, I paid for multiple people with my credit card, we hoping that the new system cuts down on the number of cards submitted by PITA, the suzuki foundation and the vegan church of canada

I didn't use any cards myself but read on several posts on Hunting BC that cards were still being accepted for the fall draw.
 
I have no doubt the system will be streamlined and eventually work efficiently,Hopefuly user friendly , but the glitches have to be worked out and that is where the frustration is.I'd like to see plastic card licences with photo ID that are updated like drivers licences,not sure how best to handle tags,but I'm sure it could be worked out

You must type faster than me. I figure it took all of about eight minutes, including backtracking from the 'pay' screen to add a second draw to the first.

Not perfect, but better than having to run to town, find the paperwork, mail it in, etc.

I was able to confirm my elk hunt then choose my moose hunt then choose my deer hunt and then pay for all three at once. Did the same for each of the kids and my dad. For one hunter choose all LEH draws then pay one time.

It's a new site and will definitely take getting used to, I wasn't happy with it but I suppose we'll all get used to it eventually.

Willy, I am happy to hear someone was able to figure it out quicker than I.
Three hours of attempting to navigate a busy web site that Is NOT User Friendly !

I just hope for your sake if she meets you again she isn't a martial arts expert or a kick boxer...or worst case scenario,working to put herself through for a surgeon ....and you come in for a vasectomy....

My entry went in without a hitch but my buddy who I hunt with waited until last night and tried for 3 hours and couldn't get through. I know waiting until the last minute is inadvisable but the system should be able to handle it. He is feeling very disappointed.
 
I was going to apply for a shared hunt but only had my partners' hunter numbers, not their BC EID or password and they were unavailable to provide them, so only two out of four in our group got the application in.

Got my mulie doe and Roosie elk app. in fine.
 
So when is the draw? I know they were still accepting paper applications. I'd think next year they could do it 1 minute after closing.
 
We got 2 of the 4 in our hunting group done,the system wouldn't accept credit card payment by anyone other than the individual,and both of my boys were unavailable....haven't been successful for a moose draw anyway and with the moose numbers down in the PG area it might not have made any diference anyway. ....maybe next year....
 
I got mine done weeks ago. Sorry to say but I was expecting it to be a crapshoot on the last day with everyone trying to access the site at once. Maybe my odds will go up if less applications got through!?

I paid for one of my shared partners with my card. Two others I just couldn't get in touch with for their ID nicknames.
