So this dam press is not running smooth after you fill the case with powder and you bring up the arm so it will move to the next staion about 3/4 way up it stops (jams) you have to push realy hard then its pop back to runing smooth rest way up anyone have this trouble.
 
Take the ram out and check the 4 wave bearings, they may have been marred causing the ram to tilt to one side. I've replace about a dozen for friends.

Dillon will send them free.
 
I would suggest that you don't "push really hard" that's how things get broken or bent, then you'll be replacing more parts.
Contact Dillon for assistance after doing what RePete said to identify the issue.
 
I found mine was being awfully squirrely at first, mounted on a bench that flexed a little at top and bottom of stroke, but got a lot more reliable on a solid bench. Makes a big difference; check yours.

Also clean and lubricate per Dillon recommendations.

Because its a Friday night there close and need to reload sone rounds for tomorrow. Hopping it might be an easy fix without there help
 
Are you using stainless steel pins/water to clean your brass? I found when I switched over to this method the brass was so clean that it was getting hung up on the powder die. It wasn't a problem with dry tumbled brass because the bit of dirt/carbon inside the brass was enough to lubricate it through this stage.

Now I still wet tumble but before I run it through my SDB I stack all the brass case mouth up and give it just a couple of squirts of liquid case lube. Not much but a bit. Works a treat now.

I don't know if this is the problem you're having but the symptoms of mine were that as I tried to bring the arm up it felt stuck and required a bit of force to move the arm up/the ram down/the brass down off the powder die.
