Problems with rounds sticking. . .

Forgive me if this seems like a no brainer, but I am using some .22 lr ammo that has tacky lube all over it, the empties are starting to stick, the extractor won't kick them out, the problem is my gun has to be cleaned from the muzzle, is there some sort of cleaning rod I can get just to clean the chamber that's 'flexy' with a little handle on it so I can screw a brush on there for lack of a better word, or should I just stick with a thorough cleaning from the muzzle?, :confused:
 
I have the same problem with Winchester Xperts which give me decent grouping now but sadly 1 in 20 will stick inside chamber and I have to use a pocket knife to pry it out of there. It's not that the ammo is sticky, the random round seems to expand more and the extractor can't pull it out.

I use my Boresnake on my 10/22s, Gevarm E-1 and all my Buckmarks (on the bolts too as well). I have used it on a cooey 64-b and a few others..... and it works good on Lever guns too! (So I am told)

I shudder to think of an action that a boresnake won't fit in..... How would it eject the spent casings? :D
