Production division

I think he means there are some Production guns out there that will run close to an Open gun in price. Think the most expensive production gun vs. the cheapest open gun.

Exactly what I meant, with a little bit of exaggeration. :p

(think...Sphinx!)

Can't get the Sphinx anymore anyhow. They've stopped production of the 3000 and are now making guns for a totally different market.

I'm not surprised. I always wondered if there was really a market for a $2000+ production gun...

I never thought there'd be a market for a $6000+ open gun, you don't need that either, Eric wins with a Tanfoglio and Max wins with a TruBor, but there's people out there that will pay it...

Yeah....these guys shoot out of the box guns for sure !!! No custom work at all :)

Even with tuning those ain't $6000 guns, start with a $3000 STI or Tanfo, add a few hundred for tuning, maybe $1000....still well short of some of the high end Open guns and every bit as competitive. Even a full house gun built by Mclearn is $3500+frame and from Akai is $4600, meanwhile I've seen SVI priced as high as $9000

Pat, what sights are those on your Glock?

The sights are a Warren Sevigny competition set with a green fiber in the front.
The sights and the mag button (Glock 34 mag button) are the only changes, otherwise it's just the way it came in the box.

Looking good.

Holster adjustment, so that the front strap is parallel with the ground. (?)

Good for you Man.I started shooting Production with a Glock 17, then moved to a 22 and now a Shadow. Still love the Glock though. Thought of getting another one to try again.

Have fun
