Are there any bushiness or individuals that have made a name for themselves with Stippling frames?

I love the "sandpaper" Talon grip tape but it wears out somewhat fast and sometimes starts to unpeel, would be nice to have a long term solution.

Check out a recent DIY thread about this by Clobersaurus I think. You can do this!

I stippled the old grips on my p7m13 that I use for IPSC, they were worn out and not very grippy. That was my very first stippling job, and it turned out great. Very good grip now.

Original on the right, new stippling on the left.

^^Good job Dude. P7 series grips are perfect for stippling jobs, no big logos or ribbing, just a lot of flat material. Though, AFIK, you can't use "stippled" grips in production class, if that's what division you shoot in.

As suggested, practicing your technique on random bits of free plastic is the way to go, then move on to your gun parts etc.
There is a wealth of tips on line for doing it yourself and getting clean results.
