I just noticed I have 1 referral in my profile statistics, how did I aquired it? does this make me special ?

I always assumed that it was the number of people you referred to the site...but I just made that up to make myself happy. I really don't know what it is.

I'm pretty sure it is the number of people you have referred to this site. When you sign up, you put a member's name in and their profile receives a +1

Yeah referals are people you have "refered" to the site.
If you lost one, id guess it is a member who was banned maybe, thats why one is gone.

Better keep an eye on you....
