What do you guys do that were progressive lenses to use iron sights. Shooting a couple weeks ago was trying out a new rifle shooting steel spinners at 50yds and found I could move my head to make the sights clear but the target would be fuzzy or vise versa get the target clear and the sights would be fuzzy. Can you get a pair of glasses made for shooting that somehow solves the problem or is it nothing but scopes once the eyes get this way?

I find using the bottom-most part of my lenses works reasonably well for handgun, for rifle I'm pretty much resigned to red dot or scope. I just got a reminder in today's mail that i'm due for a vision check so I'll be raising this question with my optometrist.
