Given that criteria, I would suggest the Rockchucker Kit. Mind you, I have never owned any of the Lee equipment, other than dies, but when ever I see the Lee stuff at a gun show, or gun shop, the stuff looks like it is meant as a children's toy...cheap and flimsy! But lots of people seem to get on with it, but they all say you have to be pretty mechanically inclined to keep it running!
I think Klondiker and I pretty much started the same way. I got a Rockchucker as my first press, works great for rifle reloading. I then got into Pistol shooting, and for the volume needed, a single stage just doesn't cut it. So I bought a used Dillon 550 from a fellow CGN'er. I still use the Rockchucker for rifle, and I also use it for .223 for my AR15, I decap, resize on the Rockchucker, then finish off the rounds in the Dillon!
