Prohibited? Restricted? Non Restricted?

I couldn't find it on the prohib list. Reasoning for your statement?
Theres a massive thread in the rimfire forum that has beaten this gun and its issues to death.
It is prohib because the RCMP based their classification on looking at it. They recently received a gun to inspect and a new classification might come based on the examine of the internals. It should change, this should have never been put in the prohibited class.
