Project Savage 20 gauge

I bought a 220 before x-mas. Never cared for the stock and have a small home milling machine and figured I could do better. So i made an aluminum bedding block and a wood stock from laminate birch. Here are some shots of the build progress.

That is wicked. Love it. Any pics of the stock being made?

Not really. It was a terribly messy, dusty ordeal and once I started, didnt stop to take pictures.

Great work!! Looks like you have a lot of hours into this build Have you been out to shoot it to see how well it groups over the factory setup?

The stocks are definitely cheap on these things and you should definitely see better grouping, although I'm not sure how much better the 220 can get.

How much does the finished stock weigh?

Any for sale?

I havent weighed it to be honest. It definately feels beefier and quite a bit heavier. Hope to shoot it soon. I did a stress free bedding job and the bedding block is made to the same specs as the pillars so im hoping it will shoot. None for sale. I would need to find a faster way to produce it or im making a dime an hour. Lol
