I really don’t.
But perhaps this particular fellow could use your advice. In his next sales venture anyway.

When I make a purchase I want my receipt.
When it ships I want my tracking.
When neither of those things happen and I give you another chance a week down the road, I expect service with a smile.
When that call starts with asking if Ive even got the right store, followed by refusing to bother to look up my invoice I am comfortable with saying "it looks like we're done here".

Missed. By a country mile...

Sprint, that sounds like an unsatisfactory experience. Any update on the package that Canada Post claims was delivered?

We're remote, and the "tracking" that Canada Post has offered has been... Difficult to interpret.
