Alberta Tactical Rifle in Calgary deals in Proof Research barrels. I think Gary and Bighorn can get them for you as well. Last I checked they were around the $1100 mark.
Andy and Harley at Insite can get you Hardy CF wrapped barrels.i believe they're in that same price range.
Jerry at Mystic Precision can get you Carbon Six CF wrapped barrels (barrel made by McGowan then wrapped by C6 I believe). They're a little more inexpensive at around $900.
My father has a Modern Hunter with a Proof barrel. Very nice equipment. I am having a build done with a Carbon Six barrel. I should be able to report back on accuracy in a month or two but finish of the blank looked great.
