Has anyone bumped into some inconsistent WLR primers. I have taken a very close look at everything . My conclusion is inconsistent primer manufacture.

Rem. and winchester brass. Uniformed flash hole uniformed Primer pockets. I believe I have looked at everything I was wondering if anyone had seen similar inconsistent primers may hap I should post a photo of primers.

Notice the round on the left and the flat on the right.

Yes measured Primers .003-.006 difference I can seat them with my RCBS jr2 press but it does not feel right squeezing them in that hard that familiar feel is not there.

The only other thing I can think of is primer pocket I.D. variations giving you differing feedback. Do they all have randomly different radius' like the ones in the pic?

A picture is worth a thousand words. I have been playing with this for a while it is that inconsistent radius that I believe is the problem. I have tried them in once fired several fired and brand new brass uniformed and not . In 45/70, 260 rem, 6mm rem, 270 wsm, and .270 win. If i really crunch them in there I can seat them. Normally I use WLRM in 270 wsm but I tried these primers in that brass just because. All the same results. #### primers to bad I have two thousand of em, five hour drive to take em back to the shop that sold them to me ha ha .
