The ‘’Ligue de tir longue distance Québec’’, in collaboration with the Club de tir récréatif Valcartier is please to invite you to participate in a PRS type of event. The match will be held on the Valcartier CFB, Trois-Rivières range, on Saturday May 27th 2017.
2 categories : Open and Tactical (223 and 308)
Maximum bullet weight and velocities :
Open = No maximum bullet weight / 3200 fps
Tactical = 178 grains bullet / 2800 fps
Maximum caliber: .30
You will require a maximum of 100 rounds to shoot the match;
Most of the shooting will be done at range between 300 to 900 meters (with some at more than 1km);
All shooting will be done on steel targets;
There will be 9 timed stages that will involve movements and awkward shooting positions;
Cost of participation : 60$, which include lunch. Payable in the morning (please bring exact change)

Volunteers are welcome, but need to register

There will be no shooting prior to the event – be sure your rifle is ready to shoot.
Every rifle should be transported and handled according to the safety rules.
Be ready to help organiser in some case for the good going of the event.

Participant can bring their own LRF and spotting scope, but these will be available at the range for those who don’t have this kind of equipment.
Miscellaneous:
Since we are shooting on a military range, the event could be canceled at any time;
Participant must be 18 years old;
The match will take place even if we have inclement weather;
Please advise of your cancelation. If you are registered and don’t show up in the morning without adivising, you will be forbidden in our future events.
