My quest for Winchester .308 Win brass has been fruitless. Without spending big dollars on Lapua or Norma match cases, I've heard that Prvi Partizan brass is of excellent quality without the premium price. True? Anyone reloading this brand?

I've never bought new unprimed Prvi brass but have reloaded quite a bit of it from factory offerings in various calibres. It tends to be quite hard, somewhat like S&B, and I find it's best to anneal it after the first firing rather than waiting for the 5-7th. It will split much more frequently than other brands if you don't. Good, hard case heads means the primer pockets don't loosen up much.

I've heard several people call Prvi brass garbage because of the case neck splitting issues but that is easily fixed by annealing the cases which you will have to do eventually with any brand of brass if you want it to last more than a few firings. Other people may dislike Prvi for other reasons but I like the stuff.

I have never used Privi in .308, but I do use Privi for my .223. It is good brass, and I have never had any issues with it. I would say it is probably an upper mid-range brass - about the same as Nosler, almost, but not quite not as good as Lapua, but better than Winchester and a lot better than field pick-up.

Of course YMMV.

Military 7.62 cases are made to high standards and our American military Lake City brass is sought after here in the states. Is it easy to get Canadian military 7.62 brass and is it well thought of because of its quality? If you can get military brass for a good price and in large quantities I would look no further.

I have purchased new Prvi .303 British brass and it is well made and thicker in the base web area and built Ford Truck Tough. Meaning it is the best newly manufactured brass you can get for the .303 British.

This is what I use in my 308 loadings. I use Lake City 1x fired brass by me and reclaim it, size it, load it and shoot it. It's milspec and good quality.

Prvi brass has not let me down. All the Prvi that I have shot through my rifles has been annealed at the factory prior to first loading. It's also good quality.

Privi 308 brass is good stuff-I have some here that is on its 8th reload without problems. I anneal every other reload and run fairly hot loads in my long range rig and so far have had only one case that I scrapped due to a very slightly loose primer pocket.
If I was a bit closer I would send you couple of dozen to try (I am in the UK-please dont hold that against me thou:))
Their 223 and 7.5 Swiss brass is also good but there a a few people reporting problems with the 6.5mm

No, I won't hold that against you. Thanks for the thought.
Good to hear the quality of Prvi brass is good.
