Prvi reloading components

I have used both Prvi brass and bullets with good success in my rifles. They seem to last as long and give the same accuracy as WW and other brands. I have used their .308 and .310 bullets and bought some brass in 7.62 x 39. Most of my Prvi components I got from Budget Shooter Supply, a dealer on this forum. I did a quick check and he still lists Prvi bullets and brass for sale but I didn't see any in your calibre. Henry is pretty good at getting stuff not shown on his website if you contact him and request it. Good luck!
Don't know if prvi component brass is the same as their factory ammo but I have been reloading brass from factory loads I bought in 7.62x54R.
The brass is thinner than any other brand I have used and relative to the number of cases I have it has the highest split neck percentage (with WW Super next from the bottom.) I bought 80rnds of prvi factory ammo and one neck split from the factory loading and one from the second firing (my first loading.) These where low pressure loads for gas checked lead cast bullets as well (35gr H4831.)
Due to being thinner they do make a great gas seal even at lower pressures and there is next to no carbon even on the outside of the neck.
The primers seat quite far into the case (CCI large rifle) compared to anything else I've seen but it hasn't been a problem in my Mosin.
My 80 factory rounds are all from the same lot so I don't know if it's different from other lots or not.

Funny, as they tend to be quite thicker than average in .303 Brit..

The main difference is the weight (the internal volume) variation which is much more than Lapua brass, more like the average variation you will find on other commercial brass. I've reloaded over 10 times with heavy loads (from a modern action) of 6.5X55 and they're still good to go.
The GRAF headstamped cases are PPU brass (Prvi, if you better like, or even, NNY (for PPU in cyrillic)). They are a really tuff company to deal with, just like Zastava, that's why they have no official importer in Canada. Century Internation Firearms used to import the PPU line in Canada a long time ago. Now Trade Ex carry almost the complete line of PPU components, under the Graf headstamp.

I use Prvi brass without issues, but I have been warned to watch very closely for split necks - I stay max or below, I don't push it.

the 9.3x62 ppu stuff I had was nice. I believe I have some 8mm mauser which is heavy but good.

Funny. I found the opposite when compared to S&B cases.
Now that being said, the older Privi 'nny'is better than the newer 'ppu' brass.
I have reloaded one set of cases over 10 times with no issues. Only re anealed the cases twice.
303 brit cases seem to have primer pockets that hold primers tight. The new Rem and Win 303 Brit don't.
I have Prvi brass in 9mm,30-30,X39 and 54r and have had no issues with either. I like the brass and haven't had to toss any cases as of yet.
The only Prvi bullet I've shot are the .311 150 gr. BTSP,I use those in the 54r and my heavy X39 loads and they have proved to be very accurate bullets in either caliber.
