PSA Freedom 15 10.5 Mlok, Magpul sights and furniture. 565.00 USD in Canada

I should receive mine on Monday. Might receive it earlier if seasonal weekend delivery still applies this weekend.

Hope it comes with a detailed owner's manual.

No manual... youtube, or here. easy tho... point and fire.

I only got my PAL in November. This is my second firearm, never even held an Armalite before. Sure there are enthusiast posted videos, but everyone picks up bad habits and their video is only part of the context in makng informed and reasoned practices for safe operation.

I want the manufacturers' specific: procedures, parameters, thresholds for safe operation. I can look on YouTube, but that's only in addition and not what I should know from the manufacturer regarding the safe operation of my new firearm. What is the charging handle, what is a forward assist and why et cetra.

As a new, inexperienced firearm owner, I strive to be responsible, safe, never complacent and want to learn.

I'll try to find out if PSA furnishes a PDF file manual.

Will you need a dedicated lower for these, or will any magwell adapter work¿

Psa 9mm bolts have the angled cuts to allow for a milspec trigger group. You also need a magwell adapter. There are two kinds bottom loading which needs no tinkering. And top loading which requires you to remove the bolt release before dropping it into the magwell. You may/will also need a 9mm buffer

Hi IRG,

I got my PSA Freedom 15 yesterday. There's no owners' manual. I can't find any on PSA's website. I'm new to firearms.

Thank you, I have a lot of reading to do. I just wasn't willing to guess and do something unsafe or damage the firearm. How to take down, clean disassemble etc.

e.g. the bolt would stay open, but only with and empty magazine. I only discover that with trial and error and it was tough trying to verify the bore was clear while holding the bolt back. Or what the round button (I think that the forward assist) and what it does.
