dropped right in with the removal of some wood where they have changed the safety. Im going to shoot it first and see how it does before I decide to epoxy bed it.

curious - are they drilled for the forward (barrel mounted) action screw .. its a third screw that goes into the dovetail engaged in the rear sight boss . How much are they delivered to Canada? thanks

No guys they arent drilled for another hole, just the standard front and rear action machine screw holes and just for clarification this is not the magnum length but standard 30-06 length action.

the standard length ZKK has a third stock screw which is why we are asking ....how much was the stock delivered in Canada? thanks

Its funny that they wouldnt have drilled for it if the zkk's originally came with the third hole, you might want to give them a shout if you are going to order one.
I ordered another stock with this one and the total was just around 320.00 delivered for the pair ( the other was an applejack laminate rimfire hunter for my cz 452 varmint 92.00)
The stock on the 550 is a nutmeg laminate prarie hunter with a limbsaver pad and the fleur de lis pattern scale which will provide good grip when its wet.

Hmm that sure is a purdy lookin stock. The stocks on my CZ452 and 523 are nicely made but relatively plain wood. They make such pretty rifles they are begging for nicer wood. Hmmm. Damn you! Hmmmm

The stock for my 30-06 fullstock I had cut down to make a carbine out of arrived this past week , Royal Jacaranda Boyds prarie hunter with fleur de lis scale

I want one too but I have had my CZ527 properly bedded and floated by a smith here in town so although it is relatively plain I think I will keep it. Even as plain as it is it is a nice piece of wood and I like the colour. Maybe use the money I dont spend to buy another 22.....
