Semi-automatic receiver (US): manufactured from .059 stamped steel, and to correct specifications, making for effortless assembly and disassembly. I disagree. The formula is easy and once you grasp it they become very clear. Here it is:

Just take common sense and completely ignore it.
Take the facts and statistics and ignore them too.
Add in a large dose of "it goes bang it must be bad".
Spend billions on making honest men criminals.
Spend nothing on making criminals honest men.
Tell people you know what is best for them when you have no clue.
Base all decisions on fear and preventing the unpreventable.
Place head in ass and pull the legislative pin.
Put it all on paper and call it an OIC or C-68.

G3/HK91 Variant = Prohibited

Basically if it looks like or is a variant of any assault rifle in existence in 1995 with a VERY few exceptions it is likely prohib.
