Will 1" rings fit these reproduction scopes?
The original PU optic is 1.045" and 1" rings are a bit of a stretch to fit them.
Curious to know if the repro scopes (Ukraine?) are compatible with 1" rings or if 1" rings mar the finish on the scope tubes?
I have a PU optic / M1A youtube video project under way right now.
Just looking for the right optical sight to make this work.
Not sure if repro or original PU is the way to go.
I have done a lot of testing with one specific new production Russian optic by VOMZ and it did not work out well, so I am looking for other options now.
