Hey Supercub ,I'm with ya on that one bud. We are in a heavy rainfall warning 50-60 mm today and up to 40mm tomorrow. Not even a good day for ducks (even the seaguls are walking !!)

How many of us Hunters have sat in front of the window with a hot cup of coffee and waited like a love struck puppy for that ideal break in the weather?!

Pissy weather here in Southern Ontario too.

I'd be the guy in the blind (soaked) assuring everyone that it will stop any minute!
And with two broken legs, a broken arm and, oh yeah - you'll be all rotted from having crawled out of your grave, too, right Johnny?

Day Seven of my Moose Hunt. Made it to about noon, before the heavens parted! Torrential rain that even managed to penetrate oilskins and ponchos. Managed to squeak out a boil-up before she started pissin' down. Glassed three nice cows and one calf. Saw a nice little bull, probably 2-3 years old. Passed on him, hoping for something a little bigger. That was the last animal I saw and that ended hunting for the day, as it was raining too hard to see anything beyond 20'. Job to make out the front sight on the rifle, let alone see through my scope. Long, wet ATV ride back home! No hunting permitted tomorrow, but will be back out scouting. Hope the weather cooperates!

Well, it was a good day for me and my buddy...8 geese and 3 ducks. I would have liked a few clouds and maybe even a little rain. Your not duck hunting without rain 8)
