"Punisher" influence :)

Just got back front he range. My Kimber was shooting too high with this compensator installed. Also, I didn't notice any recoil reduction. Shooting high is definitely compensator caused since it was perfect before. Maybe, it's a very tight fit or maybe it's not machined properly? Not sure.

Looks like you have the same comp as me other than the color. Does yours just replace the bushing?
I haven't shot mine yet so I can't say if there is a POI shift.
As stated earlier by one of the other guys the 45 is a low pressure round and therefore you won't feel much influence from the brake, it is however weight at the muzzle that should help a little in reducing muzzle flip and felt recoil.
I hope mine shoots the same with and without it. Time will tell.
Good luck getting it sorted out.

Always loved the look of those Colts in the movie! Decided to get a similar look for my Kimber. Sorry about low quality iPhone photos.

Nice gun and pictures!:)

Some more influence...

Anyone know if you can get these mag plates from a Canadian supplier? www. ndzperformance.com /category-s/1992.htm

meh, I prefer my pistols to shoot correctly. ;)

If you planned to keep it on full time you could just get a taller front sight post? Fibre optic? :)
I need to get mine out to the range and see if it is the same. Silly work always getting in the way of my range time:(
Anyone know how to win lottomax? I must be doing it wrong.

Ok, I think that I know why it's happening. Bushing diameter on that thing is smaller a bit than stock one. I just dremeled out and now it fits much better. Lets see if it fixes POI as well.
