Purchasing/importing Ruger Super Redhawk 44 Alaskan

A friend has 12(6) and would like to by Super Redhawk 44 Alaskan (http://www.ruger-firearms.com/Firearms/FAProdView?model=5303&return=Y ). Anybody selling this revolver in Canada? If not, could it be imported?

Nope...She's prohibited for sale here , otherwise they would have a great demand for that unit.

Instead we have to buy a 7.5" SRH and pay $150-200 to have it chopped to 4.25".

I just put the exact same grip on my .357magnum (but has Hogue logo instead of Ruger) - It's pretty sweet!

BTW, nice Revolvers those Rugers (I'm not bashing them anymore lol).
I wish .44magnum/.44special was close to the cost of .357magnum/.38special though
