Best source for economical purchase of reloading powder. I live on Vancouver Island. Higginson? Russell?WSS? What quanities must you buy to make shipping reasonable? thanks!

I just ordered 25lbs from Higginson and when all was said and done I don't think I saved much over Wholesale sports, Higginson sells in bulk, but only IMR and Hodgdon, Wholesale has IMR, Hodgdon, Alliant,Acc. Arms.,Vit.etc. when in stock!!

If you order 21lbs or more from Higginson your shipping is free, you only pay the $15 Hasmat fee and 1 Tax. I worked it out to be roughly $25/lb with Hasmat and gst included which is the same price as buying the 8lb jugs from wholesale before adding 13% tax, shipping and hasmat (now that they have a store in BC they will have to charge both PST and GST on mailorder to BC residents).
