Putting a "True Glow" sight on a backpacker

Hi all
I just cut my Sears Model 684 down to an 18" barrel, and thus no longer have a front bead sight. I've been looking at the True Glow sights, but they seem to require the bead to attach them. Is there any other type of sights that just glue or clip on?

For what it will cost you for a fiber sight you can take it to a smith and get it drilled and put a big bead on it for like $30 or less.
