PX4 Storm Type D Availability

Any idea how many of the D version made it to Canada?

I'm not sure. I don't know of any other company other than Questar that brought in the D model. I would guess less than 100 through Questar.

Does anyone know where to find a G model? I'm looking for one.

I'm not 100% clear what the difference from the F model is... On the F you engage the decocker and that's also your safety. Whats different on the G?

G is a de-cocker only, no manual safety.

I would be very tempted to pony up some money if I ever came across a PX4 Storm in G.

I can honestly say that I like my Type C PX4 Storm. Has no decocker, no safety and will not fire if the hammer is forward (not cocked). When in battery the hammer is slightly cocked and requires just over 9 lbs of pull. It's about as close to a type D as it's still requires the hammer to travel before it releases and hits the pin.

To answer my own question, the safety/decocker lever of type F, springs back on a type G.
