Pyrodex is designed so that a volume measurement of pyrodex is similar in power to the same volume of black powder. If you have black powder data just use a scoop or volume measure set to what the data says and you are good to go.
If you are starting from scratch the standard load for a bp shotgun is equal volumes of shot and powder. Often referred to as a "square load".
Prime your cases, grab your shot scoop set for an ounce and an eighth (for example in a 12ga), fill level with pyrodex and dump it in. Next a hard nitro wad and a felt or fibre wad. For 12ga brass shells you want 11ga wads for a tight fit. Compress as much as reasonably possible. Use the same scoop for shot, cover with the over shot card and glue that in place.
I use Goex myself so find that soaking up some melted bullet lube in the wads helps reduce fouling. Some people like an over shot card on top of the wad. My over shot card gets pressed in over a piece of fabric and wax drizzled on for a bit of a waterproof seal. Most glues I've tried shrink and pull away from the brass and then the shot falls out.
