Q on .222 Rem. bullet choice

My hands-down favorite load for my .222 is a 40 grain Ballistic Tip over H335. Gophers get a fair bit of air time when hit, and it's proven to be a great load for coyotes over the last 10 years or so (have never lost one, and have never had a bullet exit).

Indeed! 40 grain V-Max do the same. Yotes might spin a bit before expiring but rarely a exit if taken through the chest.
