yes, but my point is,
what if the official supplier,
has made a batch (un-knowing to them or shooter) of sub standard ammo,
and it fails the chrono?
It HAS happened in past, automated machines can and do screw up.
ie sticking powder hoppers, failing to drop the required charge.
End result is that ammo is sub standard and has failed the chrono test.
I have also seen supplied ammo being loaded too hot for some guns,
causing numourous jams.
My personal ammo only failed the chrono once, several years back,
and i have made steps to insure that it not happen again.
But that doesn,t mean it wont.
Not all guns are load sensative to opperating.
My 1911 colt .45acp can function flawlessly with a variety of light or heavy loads.
Lighter loads = lighter recoil=faster follow up shots.

And our point is, you need to get over it. For the many reasons listed above, the only sensible solution to the problem of shipping ammo if to have OMA, and exempt it from the chrony.

This is a rule/situation which has been in place for years, and I don't remember it being a problem in our matches (our - Canadian, don't know about match ammo in third world countries, heard some problems with that)... There's no need to get worked out, and try and come up with hypothetic boundary conditions to invalidate a rule designed for the average case
