QL question for 180 30-06 varget

hey can someone run some deets thru quickload for a look see for the .30-06 , with varget, 180gr hornady btsp, 20 inch tube?

an can it be done with a Winchester LR primer and a CCI 250 primer? or more precisely the CCI#34 ?
