You can use the carry handle to clamp to the rail and Pic rail section of the upper to ensure alignment. Police Ordnance carries the EO Tech line. Also check the installation guides on ARF.com, they'll make it easy
The Omega is free float and does not require any gunsmithing. Just remove the handguards and drop them in. See the link I sent you previously.
I believe the DD Lite will require the removal of the D-Ring and some gunsmithing. Not something you want to do if you have not done it before or are tools-technically handicap.
The Troy MRF-DI is not free-float and does not fit the IDS carbines. I believe Joe/cqbservices tried it on one of the TSC IDS carbines and had a problem with it being a tad too long with interference from the handguard caps near the front sight.
Save yourself some install headaches. I would recommend spend the extra money and go with the DD Omega.
Wolverine Supplies has the Eotechs currently in stock with very good pricing. Hard to find some models in Canada though. I got a 553 SOCOM through a buddy in the US as well as a A65.11. Very nice sights and NV compatible too!
