Quad Rail Suggestions

Troy MRF rail. Excellent quality, easy to install, very solid. Been running mine for a year love it. Worth it. All it does is upgrade the Norc a bit, which is what we all do as we trick out the toys. You're ahead of the game because your Norc was probably half the cost of a "top tier" company AR.
 
I have 2 daniel defense rails and the quality is top notch. Omega and Omega X both carbine length.

If I wanted to do a cheaper build I would go with the Troy rails:) I think I have seen them listed for about $220ish.
 
Also another option is TufForce. I recently had one of their rifle length FF rails installed on my AR (Though exchanged it for my DD) It was good quality I just didn't want a made in China part on my Canadian AR (No offense to those who have Norc, I just wanted a completely NA AR) They sell Carbine length drop in quad rails that will fit a Norc, Pobcat has one installed on his Norc. P&D carries them and has some in stock (I was there today) for $95 and it also comes with rail covers.

I've got a DD on my AR, and it's great. The best option, if money isn't an issue, is an Integrated Upper Receiver, but they are big bucks. Whatever you do, go free float (if you wanna go past 150yrds), or if you want to mount an optic forward of the standard upper. Anything mounted on a hand rail, in my experience (even with the DD) will not hold zero (but grips and lights are all good).

My DD would move within 1-2 MOA when my optic was on it, so I made some adjustments and moved my whole package back. Once I bought an IUR, everything went back forward, and it's worked out fine.

I did bought my Norc M4 to get into ARs. Heard a lot of good reports about it and it's cheap. And just like other Norc M4 owners, I got the urge to mod it. The common parts are mostly Magpul, but when it comes to quadrails, it depends on personal preference and/or budget. In my case I don't want to spend $400 DD quadrail on my $700 Norc M4. I figure I won't be using this rifle in the sandbox, so I decided to get a UTG quadrail from Questar. :)

I picked up a Daniel Defense Omega X 7.0 quad rail today and it's impressive, couldn't be happier but as mentioned it ran me $375.

i really like the look of the utg handguard- i wish someone would bring them back in again. I know questar NO longer carries them.
