Quality of Federal 711B these days?

Anyone have any experience with newer lots of this stuff? It used to be great but the last time I bought it (4 years ago) it wasn't great. I'm starting to see it for reasonable prices but wanted to get some feedback before I purchase.

I've tried it in a couple of BSA Martinis, a Vickers Martini, and an Enfield No 8. The results with the 711B were very inconsistent. I get much better groups with the Federal 714 SV, and it is significantly cheaper.

It used to be pretty good the last batch last year was very disapointing esp accuracy and a few FF..
